The list is sorted by take rate across the build's readable lists: a datasheet in 80% of them or more is spine, 35% or more is flex, and the rest is tech — one player's answer to one matchup.
The consensus list takes the number of copies and the loadout most of those lists run for each datasheet, then drops the least-shared datasheets until it fits 2,000 points. Model counts come from the 11th edition catalogue, not from how an export spells its models out.
