A datasheet tagged Staple is taken by at least 50% of the readable lists in each of the faction's largest builds (up to 3, each with 5 or more readable lists).
The consensus list takes the number of copies and the loadout most of those lists run for each datasheet, then drops the least-shared datasheets until it fits 2,000 points. Prices are today's points, not what the lists printed. Model counts come from the 11th edition catalogue, not from how an export spells its models out.
